Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 01-07-2025
1. Cancellation
Clients may cancel projects by written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced accordingly.
2. Refunds
Refunds are evaluated based on project stage and resources allocated. Deposits for work already commenced may be non-refundable.
3. Delays
If SparowTech causes a delay, we will communicate revised timelines proactively. Client-side delays (pending approvals or inputs) may affect schedules.
