3. Payments
Payment terms are specified per project. Late payments may pause work until accounts are settled.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, agreed deliverables transfer to the client as specified in the project contract, unless otherwise stated.
5. Limitation of Liability
SparowTech is not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question.
